Jordan Dutterer

Jordan Dutterer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Administration Senior Specialist at RSM, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Culinary Services Group and various human resources positions at Bertelsmann, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed coordination and administration of employee benefits. Additional experience includes serving as a Cast Member during the Disney College Program and other roles in customer service at The TJX Companies, Inc. and Pizza Hut. Jordan Dutterer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership from Sullivan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, complemented by an educational background at Carroll Community College and Francis Scott Key High School.
