With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Ken previously held the position of Vice President of Tax at Follett Corporation from June 2005 to April 2022, and served as Director of Tax at both Spiegel, Inc. and divine, inc. Ken also contributed to tax strategies at Montgomery Ward & Co., Inc. in multiple capacities, including Director of Tax and Senior Tax Specialist. In addition to practical experience, Ken has been an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Benedictine University since August 2000. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from Benedictine University.
