Saiful Islam

Saiful Islam is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director - Risk & Compliance at RSM since December 2023. Prior to this role, Saiful held positions at Deloitte as Head of Client Onboarding (KYC), where responsibilities included leading the onboarding and offboarding functions for prominent e-commerce tax products and implementing productivity enhancements. At Deutsche Bank, Saiful was Operations Lead (KYC), managing the KYC Operations team and overseeing the remediation of over 550 KYC files to meet regulatory standards. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager and Complaint Specialist at RBS, focusing on client data projects and complaint resolution. Saiful began the career as a Supply Teacher at ABC Teachers after earning a degree in Sports Science from Birmingham Newman University.
