Staci Bauer

Staci Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of Program Management at RSM since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of Workday for HCM and Financial applications. Prior to this, Staci held leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, managing a large digital transformation initiative, and at Optum, overseeing project management for new product services targeting Medicare members. Staci's background also includes process improvement management at Medica and product development roles at UnitedHealthcare and Eschelon Telecom. Staci holds a BA in Speech Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College and has further education from the University of St. Thomas.
