Sujoy Chatterjee

Sujoy Chatterjee is a lawyer and privacy compliance specialist with over a decade of experience helping organizations manage risk and implement best practices for personal information governance. Currently, they serve as Canada Privacy Officer at RSM and hold sessional lecturer positions at Carleton University and McMaster University, educating students on the interplay of technology, ethics, and law in public policy. Sujoy also has a background as a Data Governance and Privacy Risk Advisor at Toronto Public Library and previously worked as a Manager in Data Protection and Privacy at EY. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
