Lorrie Wood, CRCR, is a retired Revenue Cycle Professional with over 30 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Throughout their career, Lorrie worked on both the provider and vendor-partner sides, focusing on improving cash collections, reducing bad debt, and enhancing customer experiences. They held key positions at organizations such as ResCare, Jewish Hospital, MedAssist, and RSource, where they served as President and Chief Client Officer. Lorrie was dedicated to patient advocacy and education, ensuring proper reimbursement for claims, and providing exceptional client service. Lorrie earned education at the University of Louisville.
