Shannon Cleburn

Shannon Cleburn has extensive work experience in client services, management, and sales. In 2019, they joined Knowtion Health as a Senior Client Services Manager, and later became the Director of Client Management. Currently, they hold the role of Client Services Director. Prior to that, Shannon worked at Works & Lentz, Inc as a Sales and Systems Manager from 2010 to 2019. They also served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Works and Lentz, Inc. from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, Shannon has been involved with HFMA Oklahoma Chapter since 2012, holding various positions such as Board Member, President, and Committee Chair.

Shannon Cleburn holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from Oklahoma State University, which they completed from 1993 to 1995. Shannon also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from St. Gregorys University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Shannon obtained the titles of Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from both HFMA and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in 2021. Shannon also holds a certification as a Professional Collection Specialist from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
