Bill loves solving problems and it shows—he is at his best when he gets to combine his approachable style and analytical curiosity to address complex issues. As part of RSP’s i_SPACE team, Bill uses his decades of experience in facilities management and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) to dive into client environments and develop a deep understanding of their existing challenges. Then, he shows them how better data utilization can help streamline any number of technical and business processes.

Bill’s work spans corporate, government, healthcare, and higher education institutions. He is also a sought-after voice outside his strong client relationships, often participating in industry speaking events and conferences. Mentoring others and imparting his knowledge to the next generation is a core part of who Bill is, giving him the opportunity to realize his passion for teaching within the context of his field.
