RSP Command
Robert Highley possesses extensive experience in public safety and emergency response, currently serving as a Customer Service/Mechanic in training at Collingswood Bike Share and a Security Officer at RSP Command. Highley has a longstanding role as a Public Safety Officer with Allied Universal since November 2016 and has been involved with the Pitman Fire Department as Fire Police since January 2019, overseeing traffic and crowd control during various emergencies. As a volunteer Bicycling Advocate and Instructor for the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, Highley actively promotes cycling safety in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Previous roles include Event Security Officer at Green Mtn. Concert Services, a volunteer firefighter with Glassboro Fire Department, and early emergency medical training as an EMT intern. Highley earned an EMT-B degree from Rowan College at Gloucester County, completing studies from 2016 to 2020.
