Anna Pugh is an accomplished Visitor Experience and Marketing Manager at RSPB since November 2014, where strategic leadership has been provided to enhance visitor engagement at nature reserves and events. Anna has also shaped the UK people engagement strategy within a Scottish context, helping to establish a strong RSPB Scotland identity. Prior to this role, Anna held multiple project management positions, including at Historic Scotland as Assistant Events and Filming Manager, overseeing a diverse range of events at Edinburgh Castle.
