Cécile Farber

Cécile Farber is currently the Head of Community Fundraising at RSPB, where they lead the team and UK-wide strategy to develop a new national fundraising portfolio aimed at achieving 150% year-on-year income growth. Previously, Cécile served as the Community Fundraising Manager at RSPB, overseeing significant income increases and enhancing volunteer engagement. With experience in environmental organizations ranging from small companies to the largest conservation charity in Europe, Cécile has consistently employed insights and data to inform decisions for both people and the planet. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sociale from IHECS and a Master of Science in Globalisation and Development from SOAS University of London.
