Freddie Hack

Freddie Hack is a Sustainability Manager at RSPB since June 2021, responsible for setting ambitious sustainability targets and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Environmental Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with environmental regulations, updating ethical guidelines, and leading sustainability initiatives for the commercial team. Freddie also served as an Assistant Merchandiser, achieving a 76% reduction in out-of-stock items during tenure. Prior to RSPB, Freddie worked as a Wildlife Guide at Seamor Dolphin Tours, receiving positive feedback on educational tours, and held various roles in operations and retail at John Lewis & Partners and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Freddie holds an MSc in Marine Mammal Science from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Southampton.
