Harry Marshall

Principal Conservation Scientist at RSPB

Harry Marshall has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Principal Conservation Scientist at RSPB. Before that, they worked as a Senior Lecturer and then as a Lecturer at the University of Roehampton from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and an Associate Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, during which they focused on research. Harry also worked briefly as an Analysis Assistant at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology. Earlier in their career, they had roles as a Field Team Leader at the Tsaobis Baboon Project and as a Research Assistant at the Zoological Society of London.

Harry Marshall earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology with a Year in Research from Imperial College London, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Behavioural Ecology at Imperial College London, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
