Helen Deavin is a seasoned conservation professional with a deep-rooted passion for the natural world. Currently serving as the Senior Site Manager for the RSPB's Broads Reserves, they oversee project delivery across Eastern England, focusing on habitat creation and visitor infrastructure. Helen previously held roles including Programme Development Manager and Project Team Manager at RSPB, where they managed key projects and led successful initiatives, such as the Titchwell Marsh Coastal Change project.
