Meg McGrath

Meg McGrath is a Youth Mobilisation Specialist at RSPB, where responsibilities include managing the Youth Council, supporting the development of a youth strategic approach, co-delivering partnership events, and launching a social media campaign aimed at youth voter registration. Previously, Meg served as a Youth Development Worker at Volunteer Edinburgh, facilitating youth engagement and barrier removal for volunteering roles. Additional experience includes working as an Art & Wellbeing Keyworker at Cyrenians, a Communications Officer at The Poverty Alliance, and a Communications Coordinator at The University of Edinburgh, where project coordination focused on sustainability goals. Meg has held leadership and campaigning roles, including as Development Officer and Trustee at Sheffield Students' Union and Union Campaigns Officer at Sheffield Labour Students. Educational qualifications include an HND in COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills from Edinburgh College and a degree in Health and Human Sciences from The University of Sheffield.
