Nell Andrew

Nell Andrew is an experienced leader in equity, diversity, and inclusion with a current role as Head of Equity and Inclusion at RSPB since January 2022. Previously, Nell served as the National Equality and Inclusion Officer and Executive Board Member at GMB from May 2018 to December 2021. A freelance Cultural Inclusion Events Producer and Facilitator from 2005 to 2019, Nell collaborated with various prominent organizations, including the National Maritime Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum. Other notable positions include National Equality Organiser at the Association of Teachers and Lecturers and Community Organiser at Locality. Nell's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Diploma in Trade Union Organising from the TUC Organising Academy.
