Rick Bayne

Rick Bayne is a Senior Project Manager at RSPB, overseeing Operation Turtle Dove, which focuses on the recovery of England's fastest declining bird. They previously managed the Darent Valley Landscape Partnership Scheme at Kent Downs AONB, responsible for delivering integrated conservation projects with a budget of £4 million. Rick's career began as a Volunteer Project Officer with the Pang Valley Countryside Project, and they also served in various managerial roles throughout the countryside management sector, including at Epping Forest District Council and North West Kent Countryside Partnership. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.
