Vicky Grant is an experienced project manager specializing in wildlife conservation and environmental assessment. Currently serving as the Saving Uist Nature Project Manager at RSPB since June 2023, Vicky oversees the Uist Native Wildlife Project's development phase, focusing on the management and funding of hedgehog removal initiatives. Previously, Vicky provided project management support for the Orkney Native Wildlife Project and held the position of Senior Research Manager for the Energy & Power Group at the University of Oxford, managing a team and energy-related projects worth £6 million. Vicky's background includes roles as a Senior Environmental Consultant and Consultant at AECOM, as well as experience with WSP, where responsibilities encompassed environmental impact assessments and feasibility studies. Vicky holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from Oxford Brookes University and a PgCert in Sustainable Mountain Development from UHI.
