Jo Toscano

Jo Toscano is the Head of Media at RSPCA, where they have notably held the position of Head of Press and currently lead media initiatives. With a rich background in journalism and media, Jo began their career as a reporter for the Kent and Sussex Courier and later held several significant roles, including Company Director and journalist at Essex News and Pictures Ltd. They served as Senior Press Officer at Kent County Council from 2012 to 2016, and briefly worked as Head of Media for the Alzheimer's Society in 2022. Educated at Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School and the University of Cambridge, Jo earned a Bachelor of Arts in History.
