Leanne Sheldon

Leanne Sheldon is an experienced transformation and business design specialist, currently working with the Police Service to identify and design improvements while managing transformational change. With fifteen years of experience in public sector organizations, Leanne has held various roles including Senior Consultant at Avail Consulting and Management Consultant at Deloitte UK. Leanne holds an ACA chartered accountant qualification and is skilled in project management, Lean, and Continuous Improvement methods. Leanne also serves as the Board Treasurer for the Fawcett Society and contributes as an Assistant Director of Transformation at the RSPCA.
