Tim Stephenson

Tim Stephenson currently serves as President of Global Sourcing & Trading and Sustainability at AAK AB (PUBL) since February 2020, following a significant tenure at AAK that began in 1998. Tim is also a Trustee at Pocklington Rugby in the Community and holds multiple roles in sustainability initiatives, including Vice Chair and Treasurer on the Board of Governors for the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) since 2003, as well as being a Board Member at FEDIOL until June 2025. Tim has extensive experience in finance and management, previously holding positions such as CFO for AAK’s UK division and joint management responsibility for the West Division, covering UK, US, and Mexican markets. Educational credentials include an MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, complemented by earlier professional roles in corporate recovery and auditing at firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
