Ben Richardson has had a diverse and expansive career in the fields of real estate and user experience. Ben began their career as a Credit Analyst at Comerica Bank in 2001. In 2004, they founded Aztex Investments. In 2008, they became a Partner at Synthesis Development, LLC, where they provided real estate feasibility consulting for owner/developers in multi-family and commercial properties. In 2009, they became President of Fixed Cost Advisors, a commercial real estate "work-out" negotiation spin off formed out of Choice National. Ben also served as Commercial Division Manager at Choice National, where they managed the commercial real estate workout group on behalf of clients who were in default or in danger of default on commercial real estate loans. In 2011, they became a Partner at Environmental Technology Solutions, a management arm of a research optimization and development company that developed and commercialized innovative technologies to benefit society and the environment. Finally, in 2013, they became Co-Founder Managing Director of RSS.com, a user experience that has been refined since 2006 through millions of interactions and technological advancements.
Ben Richardson received their Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2001. Ben then went on to get their Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University from 2007 to 2008. Ben also attended the American Cooperative School of Seville, though it is unclear what they studied there.
