Rob Gower serves as the Global Head of Performance & Development at RSS Global since March 2023, previously holding the same title at Impellam Group from January 2014 to March 2023. In these roles, Rob led global teams focused on enhancing employee performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Experience includes the oversight and implementation of learning technologies and the creation of innovative training solutions tailored to diverse development needs. Prior to this, Rob served in various roles at Tate Recruitment from December 2003 to December 2013, specializing in office sector recruitment and successfully placing office support candidates across multiple industry sectors in the Surrey and West Sussex regions. Rob's career commenced with a solid educational background at Riddlesdown High School & 6th Form.
