Your Business. Your Brand. Our Talent.
Wisconsin’s Partner for Professional & Executive Recruiting.

Finding exceptional leadership and professional talent takes intention, expertise, and persistence. Because the right leader in the right role transforms a business, we make that search our mission.

At Referral Staffing Solutions, we specialize in mid- to upper-level recruitment throughout Wisconsin, focusing on key functional areas including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Manufacturing Management—from mid-level supervisors to C-suite executives. Since 2014, we’ve supported Wisconsin organizations by delivering high-caliber professionals who help businesses grow, lead, and compete.

With offices in Sparta, WI and La Crosse, WI, we bring a deep understanding of Wisconsin’s workforce landscape—its industries, its challenges, and its talent. Our local insight ensures our searches are strategic, targeted, and aligned with your business needs.

While Wisconsin is our home and primary focus, we are fully equipped to assist with nationwide recruiting when specialized or hard-to-find talent is needed. This gives our clients both the personal connection of a local partner and the expanded reach of a national search firm.

As experts in direct hire, executive search, and professional-level recruitment, we simplify the hiring process by aligning with your goals, understanding your culture, and identifying candidates who bring both the technical skill and leadership qualities your organization requires.

We take the time to learn your business from the inside out—partnering with your hiring managers and department leaders to ensure every search is precise, efficient, and successful.

Referral Staffing Solutions is a locally owned and operated recruiting firm, proudly serving Wisconsin first, with the capability to support nationwide searches when your business needs demand it.
