Mandy Hughs

Mandy Hughs, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR & Administration at RSS Technology Solutions since October 2011. In this role, Mandy is responsible for talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and training, as well as employee engagement and benefits strategy. Prior to this position, Mandy worked as a Community Organizer at The Direct Action & Research Training (DART) Center, where efforts focused on engaging with local leaders and communities. Additional experience includes serving as a Disaster Preparedness Coordinator with the American Red Cross as part of AmeriCorps, where significant improvements in disaster readiness were achieved in underserved areas. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Russian Civilization from Smith College.
