Andrew Sheard

Andrew Sheard is a Chartered Quality Professional with over 30 years of experience in high-risk, regulated industries, particularly in food production, lubricants, aviation, and automotive fuel. Currently serving as Interim Director of Assurance at RSSB and as a Quality Assurance and Management System Consultant, they focus on driving quality management excellence and crisis management. Andrew has previously held significant roles, including Global Quality & Compliance Director at Castrol and Director of Quality Assurance at BP, where they implemented strategies that led to substantial reductions in quality incidents. They are currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Food Science & Microbiology at the University of Leeds.
