Arvind Khoda

Arvind Khoda has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Arvind has held positions in various organizations, starting with their current role as the Head of Business Partnering at RSSB, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at RSSB, where they were responsible for operational delivery of HR strategy and employee relations activities, such as change management and job evaluation programs.

Before joining RSSB, Arvind worked at Mace Group as the Lead HR Business Partner - Consultancy, where they led a team of HR professionals and provided strategic HR advice and support to business unit leaders. Earlier in their career, Arvind worked as a Human Resources Assistant at The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust, where they provided HR support, including advising on HR issues, managing recruitment administration, and acting as the manager for the HR assistant.

Arvind Khoda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics for Business from the University of Westminster, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have a Certificate in Coaching from The Coach House Ltd, which they obtained in December 2020.
