David Horne

David Horne is the current Director at RSSB. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies. David was with Make It York previously, and before that, they were with London North Eastern Railway. From March 2015 to June 2018, they were the Managing Director of Virgin Trains East Coast. From June 2013 to December 2014, they were the Non Executive Chairman of Experience Nottinghamshire Ltd. From November 2011 to January 2015, they were the Managing Director of East Midlands Trains. From November 2007 to October 2011, they were the Commercial & Customer Service Director at East Midlands Trains. From June 2007 to November 2007, they were the Mobilisation Director at East Midlands Trains. From May 2003 to December 2004, they were the Director of Business Planning at Virgin Trains. From January 2001 to May 2003, they were the Assistant Director of Business Development at Stagecoach Rail.

David Horne undertook a BSc in Transport Management at Aston University, followed by a postgraduate DipM in Marketing at Swindon College.
