Matt Hunt

Matt Hunt is a Lead System Safety Engineer currently working on the RSSB GSM-R risk model, focusing on developing a rigorous evidence-based approach to secondary communication methods. They previously served as a Senior Risk Analyst at RSSB from 2018 to 2021, where they contributed to the Covid-19 Transmission Model and led the development of the Safety Risk Model version 8.5. Their earlier experience includes consulting roles at ARCADIS UK and TTAC Ltd, where they worked across various projects in the Oil and Gas, Nuclear, and Transport industries. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Durham in 2007.
