Paul Gray

Paul Gray is a professional lead in engineering research and development, specializing in the improvement of railway rolling stock, infrastructure, and systems. With a strong background in track engineering, Paul has developed and coordinated essential safety and interface requirements through national standards. Paul has held several key roles, including Head of Implementation (acting) at RSSB, where they shaped strategic workstreams and enhanced monitoring activities. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies while maintaining their professional commitments.
