Paul Leach

Paul Leach is currently the Head of Human Factors at the Rail Safety & Standards Board, where they lead department initiatives ensuring safety management and cultural integration within the rail industry. With Chartered Occupational Psychologist status, Paul specializes in a diverse range of human factors topics, including leadership development, safety culture, and accident investigation. Previously, they served as a Principal Human Factors Specialist and a freelance consultant, contributing valuable insights into human behavior within various safety-critical sectors. Paul holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of East London.
