Phil Hibberd

Phil Hibberd is the Group Head of Safety, Security & Sustainability at Transport UK and serves as the Chair of the Safe Insights Advisory Group, alongside being a Committee Member of The Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS). With extensive expertise in strategic health, safety, security, and sustainability policies, Phil has held leadership roles in various organizations, including as Engagement Manager at RSSB and HSEQ Manager at DB Schenker Rail (UK) Ltd. They are currently involved in advocating for health and safety improvements within the rail industry while also holding a Vice Chair position at IOSH. Phil completed a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Warwick and holds HNC qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Rotherham College.
