Richard W.

Richard W. has over 25 years of work experience. Richard currently works as a Lead Application Specialist for RSSB since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Navision Business Analyst for Equiom Group from April 2018 to March 2019. Richard also worked as a Navision System Analyst for Jendev from September 2017 to February 2018. Richard has extensive experience in coding, system analysis, business analysis, and project management using Navision. Before their roles in the Navision field, they held various positions in financial systems management, analyst/programming, and administration for companies such as Cook Medical, Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Scottish Widows, Standard Life Investments, and Guardian Financial.

Richard W. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from Ulster University School of Sport in 1995. Richard then pursued a Master's Degree in Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems from Edinburgh Napier University in 1996-1997. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Edinburgh Business School, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General. In terms of additional certifications, Richard obtained various certifications including the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and the SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) in June 2020. Richard also holds several Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate, obtained in 2023.
