Steve Brady

Steve Brady has over 20 years of work experience with expertise in quality and safety compliance. Steve started their career as a Transport Manager in HM Forces and later became a Railway Operations (Army) Fleet Manager, overseeing the management and utilization of a fleet of locomotives and rolling stock. Steve then transitioned to the Ministry of Defense as a Rail Operations and Policy Compliance Manager, responsible for equipment and personnel management, training, and project management. Steve then worked as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Compliance Consultant at Interfleet Technology / SNC Lavalin, conducting compliance inspections and audits. Steve later joined Achilles Group Limited as a Lead Auditor, conducting railway industry scheme compliance audits. Most recently, they worked at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure as a Lead Auditor, specializing in railway industry scheme compliance audits. Steve is currently working as a Senior Lead Auditor at RSSB, where they continue to use their expertise in auditing and compliance.

Steve Brady attended City in Guilds Institute of London from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
