Tom Hall

Tom Hall is a Social Sustainability Principal at RSSB, where they focus on maximizing the social value created by the rail industry for passengers and communities. They have held various leadership roles, including Director at Future Proof Impact Ltd, where they provide consultancy support to enhance the social and sustainable outcomes of diverse organizations. Previously, Tom managed corporate responsibility initiatives at Gatwick Airport and contributed to community engagement programs within the aviation sector. Tom also served as Programme Director at Future Proof Purpose CIC, leading projects that benefit over 1,200 young people annually through sport and creativity. They earned a BA Hons in Heritage & Landscape from Plymouth University.
