Following a robust career, they have held various leadership roles, including Client Director at Cunningham Lindsey, Inc., and Senior Claims Specialist at The Hartford, managing complex commercial Excess & Surplus property claims. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in claim management, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring technical accuracy across multiple accounts. Amara began their career at Crawford & Company as a Senior Claims Adjuster and has continually facilitated educational seminars for industry professionals. They are currently pursuing their education at Georgia Southern University.
