RT Consulting was formed in 2006 as a full-service benefits administration firm. Since inception, we have grown to become your HR Management Tool helping to streamline all of the critical activities within human resources such as enrollment, communication, navigation, and administration. Services are provided for both fully insured and self-insured plans. RT Consulting looks to partner with brokers to help with administration, technology solutions, and more.

Today’s aggressive market place and ever-changing healthcare and benefit options require full-time attention and research. Inappropriate or poorly-managed benefits can cost your company much more than time and money. It can also prevent you from attracting and retaining quality employees, and damage your credibility by exposing you to liability when important details are missed.

We protect your interests and help keep you compliant with burgeoning rules and regulations that threaten your company’s integrity.

In addition to analyzing your risk, advising you on the best strategy for achieving your goals, and implementing benefit plans, RT Consulting provides a critical component of full-service support: ongoing administration. You and your employees receive personal service and live telephone support from our experienced and dedicated staff. This valuable service enables your team to focus on priorities that grow your business, while the RT Consulting team monitors and manages your benefits responsibilities.
