Иван Афонин

Иван Афонин is a professional in information security with extensive experience in various roles. They served as the Chief Project Engineer at Информзащита from 2015 to 2017 and later as a Specialist in the Information Security Consulting Department at I-Teco from 2012 to 2015. Ivan held positions at ФСТЭК России and OTR before becoming the Chief Engineer at The Central Bank of the Russian Federation from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they work as the Architect of New Services at Ростелеком-Solar, focusing on the development of electronic government infrastructure, and they were the Head of the Information Security Department for Critical Information Infrastructure at the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network from 2019 to 2022. Ivan earned a degree in Information Protection with a focus on Counteracting Technical Intelligence from the Moscow State Technical University from 2005 to 2011.
