Amber Carver

Amber Carver, CIC, is the President of RT Specialty in Salt Lake City, a position they currently hold. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, they previously served as Vice President and Associate Managing Director at Burns & Wilcox from 2014 to 2025, where they managed a team of over 50 employees and maintained a $36 million book of business. Earlier in their career, from 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Licensed Producer at State Farm Insurance Agency. Amber is also certified to the Police Force from Weber State POST, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
