Christopher Duca is an experienced executive in the insurance industry with a proven track record in leadership and management liability brokerage. Since January 2014, Christopher has served as Executive Vice President at RT Specialty, specializing in consulting and presenting to high-level stakeholders on various insurance-related topics. Prior to this role, Christopher was President and CEO of Navigators Management Company, overseeing US Insurance Operations and global liability teams. Previous positions include Executive Vice President at Axcelera Specialty Risk and First Vice President at Reliance National, both focusing on middle market management liability solutions. Early in Christopher’s career, significant underwriting experience was gained at AIG. Christopher has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University, a Master of Arts in Economics from Fordham University, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, complemented by executive education in Leadership from Harvard Business School.
