Colm McCormack, MBA, is an experienced operations leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at RT Specialty since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and technology transformation projects for a division generating $300 million in written premium within the largest property and casualty wholesale broker, Ryan Specialty Group. Colm's prior leadership positions include Operational Leader at Elephant Insurance, where multiple teams were developed and IT projects managed, as well as roles at Rockingham Insurance and Celtic Empire Inc., focusing on injury claims and project management.
