Conner Phillips

Conner Phillips, MBA, has a robust background in finance and risk management with experience in various roles within the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Broker at RT ProExec, an RT Specialty company since August 2021, Conner has previously worked as a Claims Specialist at National Indemnity Company from May 2018 to August 2021. Initial career experience includes a position as a Bank Teller at West Bank in early 2018 and an Enterprise Risk Management Internship at Republic Bank Of Chicago during the summer of 2017. Conner holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics and Public Policy from the University of Iowa (2015-2018).
