Dan Dowell is a seasoned insurance professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at RT Specialty since April 2010, Dan previously worked as a Wholesale Broker at Sowers Baccala Insurance Brokerage from January 2004 to April 2010. Prior to that, Dan held the position of Risk/Claims Analyst at Alliant Insurance Services between August 2002 and January 2004, and served as a Claims Adjuster at the State Compensation Insurance Fund from August 2001 to August 2002. Dan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University San Marcos.
