Daniel Kogut

Daniel Kogut, MBA, is an experienced broker currently employed at RT Specialty since January 2025, after previously serving as a broker assistant from March 2020 to March 2023. Daniel's expertise includes working collaboratively with producers to assist retail agencies in placing new and renewal business, managing a significant portfolio to enhance account retention, and nurturing relationships within the E&S marketplace. Daniel's earlier experience includes a summer internship at EPIC - New York, where contributions involved developing excel databases, researching insurance coverages, and presenting findings on social media's business impact. Prior to that, roles as a store cashier at Paris Baguette America and a catering specialist at RCano Events honed skills in conflict mediation, training, and customer service. Daniel holds an MBA in Enterprise Risk Management from St. John's University, complementing a foundational business education at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
