Jim Mitchell is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in workers' compensation and occupational accident insurance. Currently serving as President of the RT Specialty National Workers Compensation Practice since September 2020, Jim leads a nationwide team responsible for a portfolio exceeding $500 million. Prior to this role, Jim was Vice President at All Risks, Ltd. for 15 years, managing a $130 million book of business in Workers Compensation and related lines. Jim's career also includes management positions at Wausau Insurance, Royal & SunAlliance, and Aetna C&S, alongside a BBA in Marketing and Economics from James Madison University.
