Joann Lee

Joann Lee is currently the VP Underwriter at RT Specialty, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked as a Commercial Underwriter at Griffin Underwriting Services from 2022 to 2023 and held various roles at the same company between 2015 and 2016. Joann began their career in education as a Teacher at Rainbow School from 2009 to 2013 and later served as the Assistant Director of the Children's Ministry at Riverside Community Church from 2013 to 2014. They earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Human Resources Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick in 2013.
