Joseph Shapiro

Joseph Shapiro is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in cyber underwriting and product development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at RT Specialty since August 2021, Joseph has progressed through various leadership roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Prior experience includes Vice President of Cyber Underwriting at Corvus Insurance and Senior Underwriter at Hiscox, where Joseph led the Tech and Cyber team and cultivated broker relationships. Joseph's foundation in technology and political communications was established through roles at AIPAC, ASGK Public Strategies, and the U.S. Senate, alongside academic achievements including a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Finance from Northwestern University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
