Leslie Parker

Leslie Parker is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at RT Specialty. They previously held the position of First Vice President - Property Broking at Alliant Insurance Services from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Leslie worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Associate Director in Property Broking, and held various roles at Willis, including Graduate Trainee Property Broker. They have also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at High Lantern Group and completed internships with Literacy Advance of Houston and Cambodia Health Education Development. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors in Cognitive Science and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, alongside studies in Psychology at NYU in London.
