Roxanne Barry

Roxanne Barry currently serves as the Director of P&C Underwriting at RT Specialty, a position held since July 2025, where the focus is on developing a highly skilled team of underwriters committed to ethical decision-making and excellent customer service. Prior to this role, Roxanne spent nearly three decades at J.M. Wilson, starting as a Property & Casualty Underwriter and advancing to the position of P&C Manager, overseeing a large underwriter team within the corporation’s second-highest profit center, and later serving as Director of Property & Casualty Underwriting, enhancing the professionalism and skills of all P&C underwriters across the organization. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Western Michigan University, completed between 1990 and 1996, and graduated from Rudyard High School in 1990.
