Alexander Smirnov

Alexander Smirnov is appointed Rostelecom Vice President for Legal Matters. In this role Alexander will be responsible for legal support of Rostelecom activities, legal issues related to transactions, protection of the Company interests in courts and litigations, elaboration and implementation of legal risks management, and supervision of the Company legal support organization.
